Los Colchoneros face Athletic Bilbao in an all-Spanish decider at Bucharest's National Arena on Wednesday.
Adrian, 24, has netted eight times in this season's tournament, but is aware of the challenge Athletic will pose.
"We have to be strong for 90 minutes and do what we have been doing: defend and attack together as a team," he said in a press conference.
"It is clear that experience is important in a game like this, you cannot let nerves affect your game.
"Players like [Radamel] Falcao, who have been in finals and won titles, can always help those who have not done it before face these type of games," he added.
Wednesday's final in Bucharest kicks off at 20.45CET.
