Neymar is already better than Cristiano Ronaldo, says Luis Fabiano
The Brazilian striker believes that the 20-year-old has already surpassed the Portuguese, but must move to Europe in order to compete with Barcelona forward Lionel Messi
Luis Fabiano believes that Santos striker Neymar is the only player who can be compared to Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, and is already better than the Real Madrid forward. However, the former Sevilla striker suggested that Neymar must move to Europe in order to be recognised as one of the world's greatest talents.
"I think that because of not playing there [Europe], I can't see him challenging Messi but without a doubt he is already much better than Cristiano Ronaldo," Fabiano told Sportv.
"Not yet Messi, I admire him a lot and I have seen him play from very close."
Fabiano witnessed Neymar's capabilities first hand as Sao Paulo were defeated 3-1 by the Peixe in the Campeonato Paulista semi-final on Sunday, with the 20-year-old scoring a hat-trick.
