Siena will face Napoli without first choice goalkeeper Zeljko Brkic as the Serbia international faces another week on the sidelines following groin surgery. Francesco Bolzoni is also likely to miss out, with the former Inter youth also suffering a groin problem.
Walter Mazzarri has no real injury concerns going into Thursday's clash, however the former Sampdoria coach is expected to name a few changes to the side that drew with AC Milan last Sunday, with Goran Pandev likely to take Ezequiel Lavezzi's place in attack and Andrea Dossena and Gokhan Inler expected to replace Juan Zuniga and Blerim Dzemaili in the midfield.

The former Napoli star has been the stand out performer for the Bianconeri this term, with the forward netting 10 goals in all competitions so far to ensure he is the club's leading goal scorer. And after netting twice in his last three appearances, he will be raring to go for the visit of his former employers.

The Uruguay international has been in excellent form for Napoli this season, with the former Palermo forward leading the goal scoring charts for his side with 19 goals in all competitions. And with three strikes in his two Coppa Italia appearance this season, he will be hoping that his impressive strike rate continues on Thursday night.
With the Azzurri desperate to return to form following a recent run of disappointing results, along with the superior quality at Walter Mazzarri's disposal, an away victory seems a likely outcome.
