Milan Threw Away A Victory Against Bologna – Andrea Pirlo
The midfielder was disappointed following this afternoon’s stalemate at the Dall’Ara…
By Stefano Federici
After playing out what was another tricky day at the office for the Rossoneri, Milan midfielder Andrea Pirlo bemoaned what he felt was a missed opportunity as his side returned home with just a point for their efforts.
“Given the manner in which we played today, we should have easily won the game,” he declared to SkySport.
“The ball didn’t want to go in today and I feel we were very unlucky on numerous occasions.
“Looking at the way we managed to control possession and work play up and down the field I think we really threw away a victory today.
“Now we must continue on our own path taking things a game at a time without thinking about Inter, Roma or anyone else.”
