Alessandro Nesta Recovers & Returns To Full Training For Milan
Nesta has made a full recovery...
By Salvatore Landolina
Nesta has been out since January, when he suffered an adductor strain. He recovered from that and was in line for a return against Bologna, but was struck down by flu.
Milan's official website reports the Italian took part in full training on Monday, and there is optimism he could return to match action soon.
Nesta worked with the rest of the squad, performing ball work and various exercises. The session ended with a mini six-a-side game. Players who featured in the 0-0 draw against Bologna on Sunday trained in the gym in a warm-down session.
Other recent casualties Gianluca Zambrotta and Alexandre Pato are on the mend and worked in the gym.
