Milan Star Alexandre Pato Working Towards Udinese Injury Comeback
The ‘Duck’ could be named in the squad for tomorrow’s league clash with the Friulans.
By Vince Masiello
The 20-year-old has been sidelined with muscular problems since a 2-0 home loss to Palermo on December 13.
But boss Leonardo is expected to select him for the visit of Udinese despite the former Internacional man is still training apart from the rest of the squad at Milanello.
Pato could start from the bench tomorrow but ‘Leo’ is planning to give his compatriot a run-out to test his match-fitness ahead of next week's Champions League last 16 first leg tie with Manchester United.
Italian centre-back Alessandro Nesta has also fully recovered from his thigh injury and should be in the starting XI against Udinese.
