Inter Boss Jose Mourinho Denies Nuts Interview
The ‘Special One’ has refuted claims he aimed barbs at Chelsea and Ancelotti.
By Vince Masiello
Quotes were published in an English tabloid yesterday citing an alleged interview with Nuts during which the Portuguese had slammed his former side Chelsea and insisted he did not consider their manager Carlo Ancelotti as one of his friends.
Mourinho was sacked by the Stamford Bridge outfit in 2007 and the remarks had seemed particularly pungent as he is set to face his recent past when the Blues travel to San Siro next Wednesday for the first leg of their Champions League last 16 tie.
The Nerazzurri press office has also issued a statement, stressing that Mourinho has recently only spoken with the official website of UEFA and to reporters during press conferences.
