Luciano Moggi has said Palermo can qualify for the Champions League this season, especially if they beat his former team Juventus on Sunday night.

Palermo are just a point behind Juve heading into the weekend game at the Olimpico, where a win will catapult them into the top four. And ex-director Moggi claims Delio Rossi's men can storm into the Champions League for the first time in the club's history.

"Both teams are going through different moments. Palermo are in good health, whereas Juventus are coming out from a poor period," he told Palermo24.net.

"It will be a tough game for both teams as they are both fighting for the Champions League places.

"And I think Palermo can reach that objective because of the way they play. I believe they can aim for the Champions League."
