Fiorentina attacker Stevan Jovetic has revealed his desire to win the Fifa Ballon d'Or one day.

The Montenegro international has enjoyed an impressive campaign so far despite his team's struggles and the 22-year-old, who has attracted interest from Real Madrid and Arsenal, has spoken of the club's performances this season, as well as his future ambitions.

"In the long term, I would like to win the Ballon d'Or, who wouldn't? I am not frightened by responsibility. I feel good at this club and I'm ready to do my bit, just as everyone else is," Jovetic told La Repubblica.

"There is no problem within the squad. Unfortunately the results are not what we wanted, but we can slowly emerge from this situation."

With the club enjoying a poor campaign, certain players have come under criticism for late nights out, but Jovetic claims such reports have been blown out of proportion.

"We are young and want to have fun as we can't just stay locked up at home all the time. Of course we don't go out two or three days before a game, but if we stay out late after having played, there's nothing wrong with that," he added.

"I judge the squad on what we do on the pitch and none of us have ever turned up late to training or given less than 100 per cent."

Fiorentina are currently 12th in Serie A and will face Udinese on Sunday at 15.00CET.
