Emanuele Giaccherini: Next few weeks will be decisive for Juventus
The versatile attacker has underlined the importance of the upcoming weeks for the Turin giants' but is confident they have the squad to cope with the congested fixtures
By Stefan Coerts
The Turin giants have to cope with a congested fixture list following the postponement of two Serie A games in recent weeks.
However, Giaccherini feels that the Old Lady have the necessary squad depth to handle the pressure.
"With two games in hand, plus the Coppa Italia, we’ll play many matches in a short space of time and it will decide a lot," Giaccherini was quoted as saying on the Juventus website.
"The coach is good at rotating the team and has drummed the same mentality into everyone. I believe that’s been seen on the pitch, and those who have played less up until now have always provided a great response when called upon.
"We have a large squad and we have quality. Even with many games to be played, there won’t be any problems."
Juventus' next Serie A match is a trip to Parma on Wednesday evening.
