Sevilla hero Andres Palop and team-mates Jesus Navas and Luis Fabiano have expressed their delight at overcoming Getafe 2-1 on aggregate to reach this year's Copa del Rey final.

Palop proved the hero over both legs with some fantastic saves to allow Los Nervionenses book a place in this years final but afterwards insisted it was a team effort.

"that's what I am here for, to make save. I'm only doing my job. The truth is that we have suffered enough, I don't like it like this, I like to enjoy more of the games," he remarked, as quoted by AS.

"Geta had a great semi final. They are to be congratulated but we are the ones that are in the final."

Winger Navas said he was thrilled to get to the final and is looking forward to the end of season tie.

"We are in the final and it's a big thrill. We had trouble reaching the final but will be very nice, we are looking forward to it," he declared.

Brazilian striker Luis Fabiano added that Sevilla must enjoy what is evolving into a great season.

"Getafe is a really good team but it's our time to enjoy. We are in the [Copa del Rey] final, in the Champions League, fighting for the league, so we're having a great season," he noted.

The Andalusian outfit will know their opponents for the May showpiece later tonight when Atletico Madrid defend a 4-0 aggregate lead away to Racing Santander.
