Amantino Mancini Made Right Move Joining Milan - Agent
Mancini's agent believes the move is a good one...
By Salvatore Landolina
Milan made a last-minute swoop on Monday to sign him on loan until June, when they will have the chance to buy half of his rights. The switch has been met with great enthusiasm given the potential Mancini has to settle and forge a winning bond with the Brazilian contingent already wearing red and black.
"Amantino will have the chance to show himself with Leonardo. He can play on the right or left, even with Pato and Ronaldinho together," Calenda told Radio Radio TV.
Concluding a deal was difficult given the rivalry between both sides.
"The idea came out within the last week as Milan needed a player for this role," the agent added.
"It was a laborious transfer as there was a bit of frost between the clubs following the derby.
"But they showed great intelligence and were able to resolve the situation."
