Amantino Mancini Is An Excellent Signing - Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani
Galliani expects following Mancini deal...
By Salvatore Landolina
The clubs agreed on a bottom-line loan deal on Monday, with Mancini staying at Milanello until June. Milan will then have the choice to sign the player on a co-ownership deal if he blossoms under Leonardo.
"We are very happy to have done this transfer," Galliani told Calciomercato.it.
"Mancini is a player we needed and he was wanted by the coach as he asked for a wide attacking player."
Galliani is counting on Mancini to deliver after he endured a poor season under Jose Mourinho, making just seven appearances.
"We feel Mancini is an important player and we believe in his value, but it will be the pitch that will decide," he concluded.
