Juventus To Sell Mohammed Sissoko & Land Real Madrid's Lassana Diarra - Report
Mohammed Sissoko out, Lassana Diarra in as Juventus plan January re-jig.
By Salvatore Landolina
Sissoko was expected to leave the club in the summer, but time elapsed and Juventus were not able to conclude a deal with the German club, who had offered €8 million.
However, negotiations are expected to be resparked in the new year and once Sissoko heads to the Bundesliga, Juventus will have the chance to carry off their move for Diarra.
The Real Madrid man is a serious candidate for Luigi Del Neri's side, but the operation will only be co-ordinated if Sissoko leaves.
Questions surround Wolfsburg's previous bid as it was not considered impressive after Juve had paid Liverpool €12m for the Malian two years ago.
