David Beckham not interested in Manchester United return as LA Galaxy talks continue - report
The former England captain visited his home country to take in two FA Cup ties on Sunday and Monday but is not considering making a short-term comeback at Old Trafford
The former England captain's contract expired on December 31, but, after a potential deal with Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain fell through, his representatives remain confident he will re-sign in California, the report states.
Beckham visited England at the weekend and witnessed the returns of two of English football's brightest former stars, as ex-team-mate Paul Scholes made his comeback for Manchester United in their 3-2 FA Cup victory against rivals Manchester City.
The next day the midfielder was at the Emirates Stadium to see a Thierry Henry-inspired Arsenal beat Leeds United in the same competition.
Beckham will not be tempted into a short-term deal with United, the report claims, although Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has said the 36-year-old would be welcome to train with the Spurs squad, as he did during the MLS off-season last year.
