Ligue 1 : Benoit Cheyrou (Marseille) vs Cris (Lyon)
Marseille midfielder Benoit Cheyrou has declared that Spanish football and in particular Primera Liga champions Barcelona, would suit his game.

The 28-year-old midfielder is contracted to the Ligue 1 side until the summer of 2013 but says you never know what might happen in his career.

"Spanish football suits the way I play. I love  Barcelona and this is the benchmark. Everything is fragile in football and sometimes a career idoes not as you had imagined," he is quoted as saying by Sport.

The younger brother of former Liverpool midfielder Bruno also spoke of his admiration for Barca midfielders Xavi and Andres Iniesta.

"Through my position on the field, which is in midfield, I have great admiration for two players like Xavi and Iniesta," he noted.
