The length of Gerard Pique and Rafael Marquez's bans have been confirmed as one match by the Disciplinary Comittee.

According to Marca, Pique was facing a suspension of up to three games for his high challenge during the win over Getafe, but the Comittee saw fit to expel him for just one game. The same suspension was given to Marquez, who was sent off in the dying stages of the same game.

With Daniel Alves and Eric Abidal injured, Barca are facing an injury crisis ahead of their trip to Atletico Madrid.
