Barcelona Won't Sell Gabriel Milito To Inter - Genoa Coach Gasperini
He claims the Blaugrana don't want to lose the Argentine defender....
By Paul Madden
Reports earlier this week claim that the Nerazzurri were contemplating a €10 million bid for the 29-year-old centre back in a move that would see him link up with brother Diego for the second time in their careers after their spell at Real Zaragoza.
Despite Diego Milito's assertion that his younger brother would like to play in Italy, Gasperini who coached Diego at Genoa last season, has poured scorn on transfer talk.
"Barca will not sell Milito. I doubt that the club can afford to lose him," Gasperini is quoted as saying by Sport.
"They wanted to keep the player at all costs despite his long injury so that tells me they do not want to let him go."
