However, as reported by Sport, Barcelona will appeal the Committee's ruling and submit a formal case to the Appeals Committee with the hope of having the sanction revoked.
At least in the case of Ibrahimovic, replays seem to support Barca's opinion that contact with the Almeria player was incidental and that there was no aggression on the part of the Swedish striker.
