Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has made the decision to include holding midfielder Sergio Busquets in his match squad for the upcoming Champions League last-16 clash away against Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday.

The Spain international missed Barcelona's last two matches due to a knee injury, but the Catalans have now confirmed on their official website that Busquets has resumed squad training again.

It's not 100 per cent sure that the midfielder will feature against Leverkusen as Barcelona's medical team have yet to give the green light, but his return to regular practice makes a comeback on Tuesday a realistic option.

Guardiola has named a total number of 22 players in his squad for the match at the BayArena, with Barcelona B stars Jonathan dos Santos, Rodrigo Tello, Sergio Roberto, Marc Bartra and Oier Olazabal all making the the roster.
