Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas and former Italy boss Marcello Lippi were the surprise candidates to make the draw for the fifth round of the Scottish Cup on Monday afternoon.

The draw was conducted last year by Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro, and they drew up an Old Firm clash between the Glasgow giants Rangers and Celtic.

But there was no glamour tie between the sides this year as Celtic were drawn to face either Dunfermline or Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Cup.

Rangers, meanwhile, will face 2010 winners Dundee United at Ibrox. St Johnstone are the visitors at Tynecastle as Hearts look to avoid a repeat of last year's home defeat to the Saints.

Hibernian were handed a home tie by Villas-Boas against either Dundee or Kilmarnock, and Aberdeen host Queen of the South.

Morton will visit Motherwell, while Irn-Bru First Division leaders Ross County will be the visitors to either St Mirren or Hamilton.

There is only one all-First Division clash with Ayr and Falkirk meeting at Somerset Park. All ties will be played on the weekend beginning February 4th.
