Nigeria Premier League round-up: Enyimba move third after victory over Gombe United
The Aba side have risen in the standings with one match in hand as Warri Wolves finally suffer their first league defeat of the season in Sunday’s matches
By Emeka Nwani

Mustapha Babadidi got the consolatory goal for the visitors to take his total haul to six. The Aba side have now moved to third place on 12 points while Gombe fell to second after they were overtaken by Dolphins.
Warri Wolves’s unbeaten run this season was ended by newly promoted side Rising Stars, who handed a 1-0 defeat to them in the week seven encounter in the Nigeria Premier League.
Rising Stars’ goal came in the second half through a penalty.
Kaduna United and Ocean Boys recorded massive wins as they both beat Wikki Tourists and Jigawa Stars with 3-0 scorelines respectively.
