Diego Milito gives Inter an early lead against Chelsea
Inter striker Diego Milito has said the Champions League tie with Chelsea is still open, but is confident his side can finish the job in London on March 16th.

Milito struck after three minutes as he turned John Terry to drive the ball hard and low past Petr Cech. Salomon Kalou struck back for Chelsea, but it was Esteban Cambiasso who ensured Inter won the first-leg 2-1 at San Siro.

"It was important to win, but the result is still open," Milito told Rai Sport.

"We are happy to have won, and we will head to London more tranquil, but we know it will be a tough game there.

"We have to stay focused because it will be very difficult. We played a great team tonight, but we can still improve in Europe.

"Overall we are very happy as we are playing well, even during important games."
