Stefano SORRENTINO
Chievo
TOTW Apps: 2
| Roma could only beat Sorrentino from the penalty spot as they defeated the Flying Donkeys 2-0 courtesy of two spot-kicks. Despite the loss for Chievo, the former AEK Athens shot-stopper was impressive between the posts, making several fine saves including notable ones on vicious efforts from Miralem Pjanic and Bojan Krkic during the first half. |

THIAGO SILVA AC Milan TOTW Apps: 5 |

| Udinese's attack was on song in their 4-1 triumph against Cesena, but their defence also deserve praise. Danilo was unyielding at the back, winning key challenges in the air and putting in an elegant display practically devoid of any errors. Meanwhile, both Juan and Thiago Silva have hit form, making consecutive appearances in the Team of the Week. The veteran Roma centre-back, who adds a sense of security in defence, put in a colossal display to shut out Chievo, while the AC Milan star won his battle against hitman German Denis, keeping the Atalanta strikeforce under wraps with relative ease. |

Juan CUADRADO Lecce TOTW Apps: 2 |
Walter GARGANO Napoli TOTW Apps: 2 |
Radja NAINGGOLAN Cagliari TOTW Apps: 2 |
Alessandro DIAMANTI Bologna TOTW Apps: 1 |

| Juventus held on to a narrow 1-0 win at Lecce, but Cuadrado caused their back line plenty of problems with his incredible pace down the flank. Gargano provided the hustle in Napoli's midfield, going on a fantastic run to set up Goran Pandev's opener as they conquered the Renzo Barbera. Similarly, Nainggolan was largely impressive for Cagliari in a 3-0 win over Genoa and suitors will no doubt continue to line up to secure his signature. Elsewhere, Bologna distanced themselves from the relegation zone and attacking midfielder Diamanti was particularly bright, setting up his team-mates with dangerous passes into the area on several occasions and assisting his side's first goal with a fine free kick. |

Stevan JOVETIC Fiorentina TOTW Apps: 2 |

| Italy Under-21 international Destro further enhanced his blossoming reputation with a decisive performance as Siena thrashed Lazio 4-0, scoring two goals and also earning a penalty. Meanwhile, recent Bidone d'Oro, or 'Golden Bin', winner Milito certainly proved his critics wrong by starring in Inter's 5-0 victory over Parma, having a hand in four of the Nerazzurri's five goals - scoring two of them himself. Finally, Jovetic provided much-needed inspiration for the Viola offence, becoming the third striker to grab a double in our best XI as the young Montenegro star led his side to their first win in four matches. |
