VIDEO: Vote For The Best Goal Of The Week (September 27 - October 3)

Goal.com and 101 Great Goals invite you to vote for the best strike of the week...

By 101 Great Goals

As the next phase of the Euro 2012 qualifiers roll into town we wind down the frantic pace of football which has consumed the last seven days. Damn the international break!

Nevertheless we've once again been provided with a glittering compilation of strikes to complete our top goals of the week list, and we start with a couple of howitzers from last Thursday night.

Following the long range missiles occupying positions one and two, we arrive to a brilliant executed free-kick from Argentina that shows how a quick brain can lead to a quality goal from distance.

In spot number four we have the requisite acrobatic effort of the week, quickly followed by the lob of week which set tongues racing in France.

The long range rippers are back in favour in position 6, before a picture-perfect free-kick from arguably the world's best known footballer moves into spot seven.

That leaves three. Another thunderbolt occupies number eight, an unbelievable free-kick rolls up in spot nine, while an unstoppable set-play closes things out at number 10.

Please remember, all we do is pick the top ten goals and put them in chronological order. We leave it up to you to decide which goal is the best.

All that’s left to say is sit back and enjoy! And don't forget to scroll down and vote for your favourite goal.
