Twente Attacker Bryan Ruiz Wants Primera Division Move
The Costa Rican international has expressed his desire to play in Spain...
By Stefan Coerts
"I know exactly what I want and I'm not afraid to discuss my plans for the future publicly. It's my dream to play in the Primera Division one day and I'm determined to play in Spain in the future," said Ruiz to Sportweek.
"Of course, the Premier League is an attractive competition as well. However, I prefer the Primera Division, because it's more about football and less about physical strength there.
"I hope that Twente allow me to move to a bigger club within two seasons. However, I totally understand that they're reluctant to let go of one of their better players. We'll just have to wait and see what happens in the future. I'm very happy at Twente for now."
Ruiz has scored 13 league goals in 18 appearances at Twente this season.
