The 56-year-old has been out of the game for less than a month after losing his job as Racing Santander boss on November 30Former Inter coach Hector Cuper has reportedly agreed to take charge of Turkish Super Lig outfit Orduspor.
The Argentine, who was sacked as Racing Santander boss at the end of November, has arrived in Turkey to meet with club president Nedim Turkmen and take in Thursday’s clash with Trabzonspor, according to DHA.
Orduspor are currently languishing in 14th place in the league, having won just four of their 16 games to date.
Cuper is one of the most well travelled coaches in Europe, having made his name with Mallorca and Valencia in Spain before being appointed Inter boss in 2001.
The 56-year-old South American has also coached in Greece, as well as serving as Georgia’s national team manager between 2008 and 2009.
