We will discuss Loic Nego’s situation at Roma in a month, says agent
The young French right-back has yet to make his debut for the Italian club but his representative is hoping that team coach Luis Enrique will call on him soon
By Andrea Ghislandi
Loic Nego’s agent is remaining calm over his client not getting any playing time in the first team at Roma but says that he will discuss this in more detail in a month’s time.
Nego was signed by the capital club from Ligue 2 side Nantes during the summer transfer window but has yet to make any appearances for the Giallorossi this season.
The 20-year-old’s representative, Meissa N'diaye, though, is not too concerned at the moment, explaining that coach Luis Enrique is still forming his team on the pitch but revealed that he will revisit the situation in a few weeks’ time.
"They are still settling in Rome,” he told Goal.com Italy. “At this time I prefer not to talk about his [Nego’s] future.
“I have to talk to Nego first and within a month we will discuss the situation and see what to do.”
Roma are currently ninth in Serie A with 11 points from eight matches and welcome defending Italian champions AC Milan to the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Saturday.
