Real Madrid's Sami Khedira and Ricardo Carvalho have been included in Jose Mourinho's 20-man squad to face Levante on Sunday.

The two players have been declared fit and could feature against La Liga's surprise package at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Angel Di Maria and Marcelo are still nursing injuries and did not make the cut and will join Hamit Altintop and Lassana Diarra on the sidelines.

Madrid's 23-year-old goalkeeper Tomas Mejias has been called up to the squad for Sunday's crunch clash.

Madrid currently hold a seven-point lead over Barcelona at the top of the Primera Division table ahead of the Blaugrana's match against Osasuna on Saturday.
