The Chile international is understood to be on the verge of completing a transfer to Juve, having undergone a medical with the Bianconeri in recent days.
Madrid were credited with an interest in Isla's services earlier in the summer, and the 24-year-old has not lost hope that he will ply his trade at the Santiago Bernabeu.
"I have faith in what I am and I know that I will play at Real Madrid," he told Terra Chile.
Isla then stated that he is recovering well from a knee injury that ruled him out of the final weeks of last season.
"I am doing some exercises in the gym and some ball work," the Chilean affirmed.
