Ghanaian midfielder Anthony Obodai is a target for two American clubs – Kansas City Wizards and Houston Dynamo.

Media reports from The Netherlands, where the 27-year-old plays for RKC Waalwijk, said the Wizards see the former U-17 and U-20 ace as the man to help them solve their defensive midfield problem ahead of the start of the Major League Soccer season.

According to kickoffghana.com, the midfielder has not featured much lately for the Dutch side and is keen to try his luck elsewhere.

He has played for Liberty Professionals, Ajax Amsterdam, on loan for Belgian club Germinal Beerschot and Sparta Rotterdam in January 2007.

Obodai began his career in his homeland, starting with SC Adelaide and Liberty Professionals and youth level before moving to Holland in 2001, where he has spent most of his career.
