Kia Joorabchian's advisor confirms Carlos Tevez will return on Tuesday & 'wants to help Manchester City win the title'
Spokesman for the agent claims Tevez hopes to inspire the Etihad Stadium club to a first Premier League championship after not playing since September

Carlos Tevez is expected to return to training with Manchester City on Tuesday following talks with the club after the closing of the January transfer window.
The striker had fallen out with the club after refusing to warm up during their Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich in September, but he could be set to return to action for Roberto Mancini's side.
Since the match in Munich, Tevez has spent a considerable amount of time in Argentina, but according to Paul McCarthy, the advisor to the former Boca man's agent, he'll be back in Manchester soon.
"Carlos will be back at Manchester City on Tuesday," McCarthy told Sky Sports News. "He wants to be back playing football and that's what he's best at doing.
"In the couple of seasons before this year, which has obviously been fairly awful in terms of everything that has gone on post-Munich, he was the leading goalscorer for Manchester City.
"He needs to be back, he needs to be pulling on a Manchester City shirt again, he needs to be doing what he does - and that's score goals and help his team win.
"He wants to help Manchester City win the title and I think [Roberto] Mancini has opened the door now.
"Once Carlos is back in the country, once he gets his fitness back, I think he will be an asset for City."
A move away from the Etihad Stadium seemed to be the most likely resolution last month, with both AC Milan and Inter believed to be interested in taking the striker, but a deal was never completed and McCarthy insists that both parties are keen to agree a resolution.
He continued: "There have been some very sensible discussions which have taken place in, probably, the last 10 days and I have to say there has been a thawing on both sides.
"It's been an incredibly difficult time, certainly from Manchester City's side of things, but I think now there is an understanding that by far and away the best thing is for Carlos to be back and playing."
